Sunflower oil

Sunflower oil is a plant product derived from sunflower seeds. Sunflower oil has a specific pleasant smell and taste. Depending on the degree of purification, all sold oil is divided into unrefined and refined (processed).

Unrefined oil is subjected only to filtration to eliminate mechanical impurities, while all biologically valuable components are preserved. This is the most useful type of sunflower oil with a characteristic tart odor and dark, saturated color.

Refined (refined) oil undergoes hydration and neutralization, deodorization, bleaching and freezing. Refined sunflower oil is ideal for cooking fried and stewed dishes, used in the preparation of sauces, mayonnaise, suitable for baking, since it does not give a bitter taste and a pungent smell. But fresh salads should be filled with “real”, unrefined oil, 100% preserved all the valuable biological substances and natural vitamins. In addition, besides the benefits, unrefined oil gives many salads an original bright taste.
