Organoleptic characteristics: сolor – from pink to red, gray is allowed on the surface, green color and the presence of mold are inadmissible; odor: characteristic for poultry meat.

Chemical indicators: permissible fat content-> 20%, protein-> 12%, humidity-> 75%, calcium-1000mg / kg.
